The Second Amendment declares a right of States vis-a-vis the 
federal government. DC is not a State.<p>

The incompetent wing of the Supreme Court happens to be all Catholic.
That's not entirely accidental. Their Catholicism doesn't make them 
incompetent. They were picked in the hope that it would, in a particularly
Catholic way. Roe v. Wade.<p>

They're fired. They can adhere to a higher law than the Constitution somewhere
else besides the Supreme Court.<p>
